In Genesis, during the creation process, everything created was voice activated. The moment God spoke it, it was. Romans 4:17 says, "God...calls those things which do not exist as though they did." During creation God called things from the unseen realm into our visible realm. Jesus has given that authority to the church and He wants us to become His mouthpiece in earth today. His body has His kingly anointing, and kings decree change before it comes.
