The power of God has given or granted unto us all things (stuffs) that pertain to life and godliness. This is telling you that everything you needed in life has already been provided by God on planet earth.
When we pray for "stuffs", we are praying a redundancy prayer for God has already given us everything. The question then is how do we access or appropriate all the things that God has given us and what is it that's holding back our God given blessings?
